STEP 1
Set Specific, Relevant and Attainable Goals
We will help you set specific, relevant and attainable goals with a deadline; which will give you laser-like focus to reach your goals and keep you motivated by the remarkable progress you make.
We’ll also help you figure out your “Big Why” so that you align your reasons for staying physically active with what matters to you. Your “Big Why” will keep you motivated better than pithy quotes.
STEP 2
Commit to 2 or 3 Training Sessions a Week
We specialize in movement training for Active Agers. You get expert and individualized attention from a Certified Z-Health Trainer and Coach.
Our brain-based training is scientifically proven to be the most effective way to build muscle, strengthen the core, and improve your balance and flexibility - no matter what your age. I.E. It's never too late to START but IF you keep waiting, it may eventually be too late to think about what what you could achieve in your health and movement in the next 10 or 20 years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still participate if I've had previous surgeries ?
Yes, as long as you have been cleared by your doctor our certified Z-Health movement specialists can still work with you and personalize any exercises when necessary.  
What’s the difference between this and group fitness classes?
Our semi- private group training sessions are led by nationally certified personal trainers and typically have 2-6 clients. Unlike classes led by an instructor who 'works out with you,' this program is designed to meet your specific health and fitness goals.  Our 1:1 sessions are even MORE customized, with almost every movement and drill performed in an assess, re-assess process so that we both KNOW the exercises are beginning to produce the results you want, even within the first couple sessions. After all, if we're not assessing, we're left to simply guessing. 
How long are the training sessions?
1:1 are typically 30 minutes. Semi-private groups are 45 minutes. Our sessions are extremely focused. This makes our work together efficient and results oriented. 
I’ve never exercised before. Can I do it?
Yes, people at all fitness levels train with us. We adapt and select specific exercises to ensure we match your workout to your current fitness level.
I have a chronic disease. Is it safe for me to follow the workouts and diet?
It is always wise to check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program if you have chronic disease, are at high risk of chronic disease or are on medications. However, don’t let medications and medical conditions stop you from living the full life that you desire. Exercise is a great way to manage and prevent disease and reduce the need for many medications.
I already workout. Is this program for me?
You may workout but I guarantee you don’t workout like this! This exercise program is one of a kind. The mix of movements is designed to stimulate all areas of your body that are negatively affected by the aging process. You will simultaneously work on balance, vision, muscle strength, endurance, core stability, and more. Give it a try and experience the difference functional aging fitness can make in your life.

We operate on a private pay basis, with limited insurance coordination right now (unfortunately). However, we have been able to work out payment for 1:1 sessions through some worker's comp cases.
